Job Summary

We are looking for a Bilingual Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish to support sales outreach, lead generation, customer communication, and basic social media activities.

This is primarily a sales and lead-generation role. You will identify and engage potential customers, respond to inquiries, qualify leads, follow up with prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, and help schedule sales conversations.

Social media will be used as one of the channels for prospecting and customer engagement. You may also assist with basic content scheduling, community engagement, and short-form content when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation — Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through approved channels, including social media, online platforms, email, and other lead sources.
- Engage with prospective customers through direct messages, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information using approved company resources and messaging.
- Ask appropriate questions to understand prospect needs, challenges, and level of interest.
- Qualify leads according to established criteria.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and move qualified prospects to the appropriate next step.
- Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner.
