We’re currently hiring an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across multiple digital channels.
This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role for an experienced marketing professional who can combine strategy, execution, analytics, and creativity to drive measurable results. You’ll work closely with leadership to develop and optimize marketing initiatives that help expand our reach, attract clients, and position Voxidea as a trusted staffing partner for U.S. law firms.

Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or SEO-focused marketing roles.
Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization,



and digital growth strategies.
Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
Experience working with WordPress and website optimization.
Experience with email marketing, automated email sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Experience supporting B2B, staffing, recruitment, or professional services companies is a plus.
