Los Angeles Law Firm | Remote | Bilingual English/Spanish

We are looking for a highly motivated, persuasive, and relentless Lead Intake & Conversion Specialist to join our Los Angeles law firm.

This is not a traditional receptionist or customer service position. Your primary responsibility is to quickly contact incoming leads, qualify them, build trust, overcome objections, and convert qualified prospects into retained clients.

Schedule & Availability
- Monday–Friday: Versátil coverage between 7:00 AM–10:00 PM Pacific Time
- Weekend on-call availability required
- New leads must be contacted within 5 minutes of being received.
- Must be highly responsive and able to act immediately when a lead comes in.
- Flexibility is essential, as lead volume and timing can vary.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact every new lead within 5 minutes of receipt.
- Make immediate outbound calls and persistent follow-up attempts.
- Qualify prospective clients according to the firm’s intake criteria.
- Build rapport and establish trust quickly.




- Handle objections and confidently communicate the value of hiring the firm.
- All lead follow-ups (calls only) are handled through the GoHighLevel (GHL) app.
- Follow up persistently with qualified prospects until they retain the firm or clearly decline.
- Guide qualified prospects through the retainer-signing process.
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and lead status in GHL.
- Coordinate with the legal team after a client retains the firm.
- Take ownership of assigned leads from initial contact through conversion.
- Consistently work toward lead-to-retainer conversion goals.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Neutral, professional accent and excellent verbal communication.
- Confident, persuasive, and articulate speaker.
- Proven experience in sales, lead intake, legal intake, client conversion, or a similar role.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
