We are currently seeking a Consultant, Finance & License IT Infrastructure to join a global engineering company dedicated to developing innovative solutions in energy efficiency, industrial automation, refrigeration, and climate technologies.
Objective
Ensure effective financial management of IT infrastructure by controlling budgets, optimizing software license compliance, and supporting procurement processes. The role bridges finance and IT operations to guarantee cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and alignment with global standards.
Responsabilities:
- Financial Management: Manage IT Infrastructure related financial budgets and cost control to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Software License Management: Oversee infrastructure software license and subscription management and compliance to avoid legal risks.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize vendor contracts and purchasing processes.
- Procurement:
Create and manage purchase orders for IT infrastructure related acquisitions.
- Invoice Processing: Handle invoice approval and monitor timely and accurate costs allocation in ERP system.
- Order Tracking: Track order deliveries and invoicing to ensure alignment with purchase orders and budgets.
- Financial Reviews: Conduct regular financial reviews and reporting to provide insights into IT infrastructure spending and financial performance. Manage Variance Analysis reports to explain differences in budget forecast and presente spendings.
Requisitos
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Fluent English (required).
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Oversee software licenses and subscriptions, ensuring proper cost control and compliance.
