Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role
- Sales Operations Support: Support daily sales operations activities and structured processes to achieve team objectives
- Customer Support: Assist with customer requests, gather relevant information, and coordinate inquiries with internal teams
- Commercial Support: Support pricing activities, commercial offers, Volume Price Agreements, and related data updates
- Sales Forecasting: Collect, validate, and maintain data to support sales forecasting activities
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain customer and opportunity information in SAP CRM and other business systems
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and update standard reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decisions
- Account Administration: Support credit reviews, account reconciliation, RFQ documentation, and product change communications





Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related field - Expected graduation May/June 2027
- Language: English proficiency required (B2+)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication : Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and integral teams
- Business Interest: Interest in customer service, sales support, commercial processes, and business operations
- Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Work Style: Service-oriented, accountable, responsive, willing to learn, and able to follow established processes with guidance
