Senior Accountant / Accounting Lead

- Position Status: Full-Time, Permanent, 100% Fully Remote
- Location: Remote (Open to qualified candidates; Expats welcome)
- Target Compensation: Approx. $1,733.00 USD/month (based on full-time hours) | $10.00 USD/hour
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead end-to-end full-cycle accounting operations, general ledger management, and monthly close procedures.
- Prepare, analyze, and deliver accurate financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Direct corporate budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal audit controls.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal financial protocols.
- Streamline financial reporting processes and manage day-to-day administrative accounting workflows.





Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Lead, or similar senior financial management role.
- Hands-on experience with required role tools and accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, advanced Microsoft Excel, ERP software).
- Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities with sharp attention to detail.
- Must submit an updated resume in English.
