As the CVM AP Manager , you will lead a team responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and integrity of vendor master data that supports business operations across Danfoss globally. Your leadership will help ensure that procurement, finance, and operational teams can rely on trusted data to make informed decisions and execute critical business processes efficiently.

You will play a key role in shaping how vendor master data is governed, managed, and continuously improved. By combining people leadership with process excellence, you will drive operational performance, strengthen data governance, and support the ongoing development of SAP, Master Data Governance (MDG), and automation capabilities across the organization. This is an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions, and create meaningful impact through high-quality data management and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop the Central Vendor Master Administration team , fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end vendor master data lifecycle across SAP and MDG systems, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and adherence to governance standards.
- Drive data quality, automation, and process improvement initiatives , identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, standardization, and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with procurement, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues, support projects, and enhance vendor master data processes globally.
- Monitor team performance, workload, service levels, and key metrics, ensuring timely resolution of requests, incidents
