About the role

The Sales Operations role plays a critical part in supporting commercial performance across VESTACY's distributor-led markets by providing robust sales analytics, forecasting, planning, and performance management capabilities.





The role is responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization through the development of reporting, insights, forecasting processes, and performance tracking mechanisms. Acting as a key business partner to Commercial Leads, Finance, Supply Chain, and distributor partners, the incumbent will help identify growth opportunities, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance operational effectiveness across markets.

The role combines sales operations, commercial planning, and business performance management responsibilities to ensure commercial teams have the insights, tools, and processes required to achieve growth objectives.

Unlike direct-market models, the role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to operate through distributor organizations, utilizing multiple data sources to generate actionable recommendations and support effective decision-making.
