Equipment Maintenance Manager
the
Equipment Maintenance Engineer
is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, transfer, and optimization of SMT and SCP manufacturing equipment. This role supports pilot and production operations by ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and leading equipment-related continuous improvement initiatives. The position also provides technical leadership to maintenance technicians and supports new equipment installations, line transfers, and manufacturing startup activities.

What a typical day looks like:
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures involving mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software systems.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on SMT and SCP manufacturing equipment.
- Install, commission, validate, relocate, transfer, and debug production equipment and manufacturing lines.
