Director, Business, Product & Strategy

The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader with a strong track record of building, transforming, and scaling profitable businesses.

This role will connect strategy with execution, leading the development of business models, products, and commercial initiatives that create new revenue streams, strengthen the value proposition, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s growth strategy, identifying opportunities across new markets, customer segments, products, and revenue streams.
- Design, validate, launch, and scale business models, products, services, and strategic business units, ensuring differentiation and profitability.
- Lead the commercial and marketing strategy, including positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, and customer lifecycle management.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear action plans, performance indicators, and execution roadmaps.
- Own and manage the P&L;, monitoring revenue, costs, margins, investments,



and overall financial performance.
- Develop pricing, monetization, and customer lifetime value optimization strategies.
- Align organizational capabilities, processes, and resources to build an efficient, consistent, and scalable operation.
- Leverage data, business analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to support decision-making and uncover growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Technology, and other key functions to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams focused on collaboration, ownership, and results.
- Present business performance, strategic recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and key decision-makers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant graduate degree p
