This is a data and analytics-heavy role. The majority of your day will be spent building and maintaining Excel reports, pulling data from dashboards, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing business reviews for clients — not managing listings or running ads.

We're hiring 3 Amazon E-commerce Analysts
on behalf of one of the leading Amazon agency operators in the US. With ~150 employees and a strong track record managing consumer brands on the Amazon marketplace, this is a well-respected name in the e-commerce space — and a great career builder for the right person. This role sits underneath a Brand Manager and serves as the analytical and operational backbone for a portfolio of high-revenue Amazon accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Own weekly and monthly reporting — building, maintaining,
and interpreting Excel-based reporting files and BI dashboards (Tableau, Domo)
- Support QBR and ABR deck development with data pulls, analysis, and written summaries
- Monitor inventory health daily and flag risks before they become problems
- Manage catalog updates, new product setups, and ASIN gap analyses
- Crawl product detail pages weekly to ensure content accuracy
- Serve as the eyes and ears on multiple brand accounts simultaneously
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing Amazon accounts
— ideally agency-side or with brands doing significant marketplace volume
- Hands-on experience in
Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- 3+ years of experience working with U.S.
marketplaces and companies.
- Advanced Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, building reporting templates from scratch
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills — able to find the story in the numbers
- Experience managing a book of business — multiple
