As a Specialist RO Business you will support the financial operations of our resort location(s). This position demands a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and a commitment to our Spirit of Service culture, which prioritizes exceptional customer service and teamwork. You will be responsible for essential financial tasks, including invoice management, purchase order processing, departmental reporting, cash management & reconciliation and month-end procedures.
- Purchase Order Processing: Process and submit purchase orders, ensuring adherence to company policies and vendor agreements
- Invoice Processing: Process and code invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies and vendor agreements.
- Cash Management: Reconcile all cash on hand weekly in accordance with Cash Policies & Procedures ensuring cash is reconciled daily & always secured. Submit weekly cash reconciliations to accounting & participate in weekly cash audits with management.
- Financial Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile departmental checkbooks, maintaining financial accuracy and oversight.




- Month-End Accruals: Prepare monthly accruals, collaborating with the Senior RO Specialist to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Vendor Relations: Address vendor inquiries providing efficient service and resolving issues as needed.
- Special Projects and Support: Assist with special projects and requests, collaborating with the Senior Business Manager to enhance department efficiency and performance.
