We are looking for a Corporate Events Producer | Strategic Partnerships to join our team and take ownership of the relationships and operational processes that make our conferences successful.

About the Role

This is a highly dynamic role combining event production, executive relationship management, negotiation, and strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for managing key external stakeholders, including senior executives, government representatives, sponsors, strategic partners, venues, and service providers,



while ensuring the successful delivery of our conferences from planning through post-event follow-up.

This is not a purely operational role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable building relationships, negotiating, solving problems under pressure, and representing Mexico Business professionally with senior-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Speaker Acquisition & Management
- Research, identify, contact, and secure high-level industry executives, government officials, and key stakeholders as conference speakers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers throughout the event cycle.
- Coordinate speaker participation, briefing, logistics, and follow-up.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for all speakers and VIP guests.

Venue Sourcing & Negotiation
- Research and evaluate venues according to event objectives, audience, budget, and operational requirements.
