Lead the growth and development of our LCL business by identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and driving profitable growth.

How you create impact
- Drive the profitable growth of the LCL business by identifying, developing and converting new commercial opportunities.
- Prospect new customers for LCL import and export services and develop strategies to increase volume and profitability.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring sales objectives are achieved.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and identify growth opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
- Analyze market trends,



competition and new market opportunities to support LCL growth.

What we would like you to bring
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial management, freight forwarding, customer service/operations and pricing.
- Advanced knowledge of Freight Forwarding and intermediate knowledge of operations.
- Knowledge of commercial strategies and negotiation, as well as basic financial knowledge.
- Strong communication, negotiation, numerical and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset, customer focus and ability to work as part of a team.
