Job Overview
A multinational leader in technical packaging and industrial logistics solutions is seeking a
B2B Account Executive / Key Account Manager
. You will drive business growth by prospecting, negotiating, and managing key accounts within the manufacturing and automotive sectors (Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs) across the Central Region of Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new B2B commercial opportunities within the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors across
CDMX, Estado de México, Puebla, and Querétaro
.
- Lead consultative technical sales processes with mid- to long-term decision-making cycles.
- Deliver tailored technical commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and design teams.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with procurement, plant,
and logistics management teams.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Experience:
3 to 5 years in B2B consultative sales.
Proven experience in industrial/technical packaging is mandatory.
Knowledge of the automotive industry (Tier 1/OEMs) is highly valued.
- Coverage Area & Mobility:
Must be based in or able to cover the Central Region (
CDMX, Edomex, Puebla, Querétaro
) with
full availability to travel
within the territory for client and plant visits.
- Language:
Advanced or Native Business English (essential for corporate communication and global accounts).
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven track record in full-cycle sales (prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing).
- Valid driver's license.
