About The Role
As a Consulting Manager, OCM Communications Lead, you will make an impact by developing and executing strategic communications programs that drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness across large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management Consulting team and work collaboratively with client leaders, change management teams, project stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure effective communication throughout the transformation journey.

In This Role, You Will




- Lead the development and execution of enterprise communication strategies, governance frameworks, and multi-channel communication plans for transformation programs.
- Partner with client stakeholders to identify target audiences, define key messages, establish communication channels, and create communication roadmaps that support organizational change.
- Manage communication deliverables, stakeholder engagement activities, leadership messaging, and adoption campaigns while monitoring effectiveness and business impact.
- Facilitate executive and stakeholder meetings, provide communications guidance, and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans related to change adoption.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, proposal creation, thought leadership, and practice development while mentoring and coaching consulting teams.
