Commercial Property Management Coordinator (Remote)
Sharp Capital, a Los Angeles-based commercial real estate owner/operator, is seeking an experienced remote Commercial Property Management Coordinator in Mexico to support a U.S. portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties.

This is not an entry-level virtual assistant or residential property-management role. Applicants must have at least 5 years of direct commercial real estate property-management experience.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial tenant maintenance and service requests from initial notice through completion.
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, contractors, building staff, and property managers.
- Obtain and organize bids, proposals, invoices, COIs, service records, and vendor information.
- Track open work orders and vendor follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate repair access, scheduling, recurring service, and maintenance projects.
- Assist with day-to-day property-management administration and organization.

Required Qualifications




- 3+ years of direct COMMERCIAL real estate property-management experience.
- Experience with office, retail, industrial, medical office, or other commercial properties.
- Hands-on experience with tenant requests, vendors, maintenance, work orders, bids, and follow-up.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Able to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
- Reliable internet, computer, and professional video-call setup.

Preferred
- Experience supporting U.S. commercial properties and/or using Yardi, MRI, Building Engines, Angus, Corrigo, AppFolio, or similar systems.
