We are seeking an experienced
Software Development Manager
to lead multiple high-performing engineering squads and drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-critical software solutions.

This role combines
technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution
. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Design, and Agile teams to define technical direction, remove roadblocks, promote engineering excellence, and ensure successful product delivery.

The idóneo candidate is a hands-on technology leader with strong experience in modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, and Agile environments.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor multiple Software Development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Define clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to track engineering performance and delivery outcomes.
- Drive technical decision-making and guide teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.




- Remove technical impediments and proactively address development challenges.
- Collaborate with Architecture teams to design and implement modern software solutions.
- Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality across squads.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical coaching to engineering teams.
- Translate business and system requirements into actionable development plans and measurable deliverables.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural deficiencies.
- Partner with Product Management, Design, Agile Coaches, and Engineering Leadership to align technical priorities with business goals.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release management processes.
- Champion innovation and continuously improve development processes, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of applications and services.
