Our client is looking for a
detail-oriented Staff Accountant
who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, from billing and collections to vendor invoices, AP/AR, and transaction management.

, comfortable communicating with customers and vendors, and someone who catches the details others miss, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the accounting inbox and respond to accounting-related questions.
- Handle
billing, collections, and accounts receivable
activities.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Review vendor invoices, match them with purchase orders, and create bills.
- Assist with new customer applications and account setup.
- Categorize transactions accurately in
QuickBooks Online
.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Keep accounting records accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email about invoices,



payments, billing, and account information.
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong hands-on experience with
QuickBooks Online
- Solid understanding of
AP and AR processes
- Experience with billing, collections, and vendor invoice management
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to getting things done
