Job Overview We are seeking a proactive Recruiting Coordinator / Healthcare Staffing specialist to handle high-volume phone communication, match healthcare workers with open shifts, and ensure seamless coverage for immediate staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Contact healthcare professionals via high-volume outbound calls to offer available shifts and assignments.
- Match worker qualifications and availability with open clinical requests.
- Respond rapidly to last-minute staffing demands and schedule changes.
- Maintain structured, accurate staffing records and perform consistent candidate follow-ups.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or scheduling preferred.
- Strong outbound call handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
