Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead the commercial organization across the region/sub-region, driving sustainable and profitable business growth aligned with strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute regional commercial strategies that expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers,



positioning IFF as a trusted innovation partner.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing strategies, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
- Own regional profit and loss (P&L;) performance, delivering against revenue, margin, and expense targets.
- Partner closely with Research & Development, Operations, Marketing, and other functions to provide integrated customer solutions and win in the marketplace.
- Drive operational excellence through portfolio optimization, complexity reduction, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer innovation programs, strategic growth initiatives, and business transformation projects.
- Develop a high-performing commercial organization through coaching, succession planning, talent development, and inclusive leadership.
