Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead and supervise the HR Shared Services team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and team engagement.
- Regularly meet with team members to review projects, identify development opportunities, and evaluate performance based on key metrics.
- Ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery aligned with general HR strategies and service level agreements.




- Address and resolve complex HR inquiries and escalations, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
- Gather and analyze HR data from systems such as
ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday
, ensuring accuracy and generating actionable insights.
- Drive
process improvements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Oversee HR projects, including planning, execution, and change management, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulations.
- Monitor service quality through audits and implement measures to improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery.
