International company dedicated to the manufacturing of lifting systems such as industrial and commercial elevators, as well as escalators, with a presence in China, Europe, and now in America, we are opening our new operation in Mexico.

Job Objective

Coordinate, implement, and monitor the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System at the plant, ensuring full compliance with applicable Mexican regulations (NOMs) as well as Heyang corporate standards. The goal is to foster a proactive safety culture, achieve zero incidents, minimize environmental impact, and provide administrative support / report to HR & Administration Manager.

Responsabilities

1. EHS Management System (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001) and Environmental (ISO 14001) Management Systems.

Coordinate and lead internal and external certification and surveillance audits for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.



Ensure all system documentation (procedures, work instructions, records) is updated and accessible to all personnel.

Requirements

University degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in EHS functions, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

*Proven experience in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.*

Bilingual: Spanish (fluent, mandatory) and English (B2+ for North American supplier communication).

Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $29,000.00 al mes
