About the Role

We are looking for a personable, technically capable Software Demo & Customer Onboarding Specialist to help roofing contractors successfully evaluate, adopt, and use our roofing CRM platform.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your job is to understand how a roofing company operates, demonstrate how the software can improve its workflow, and then help new customers successfully transition from their existing CRM or business

systems onto our platform.

You will work directly with roofing company owners, managers, sales teams, office staff, and administrators. Once a company signs up, you will help guide them through setup, data migration, training, launch, and ongoing support.

The idóneo candidate is comfortable on Zoom, learns software quickly, communicates clearly, and can patiently guide customers who range from highly technical to people who simply want someone to show them exactly what to click.

Key Responsibilities

Software Demonstrations

• Conduct live Zoom/video demonstrations for roofing companies interested in the CRM.





• Learn enough about each company's current process to tailor the demonstration to their needs.

• Clearly demonstrate features, workflows, integrations, reporting, automation, and other capabilities.

• Answer technical and operational questions during demonstrations.

• Document questions or technical issues that need to be escalated to the development team.

• Follow a standardized demo process while still making each presentation conversational and relevant.

Customer Onboarding

Once a roofing company becomes a customer, you will help take them from "we signed up" to "our team is successfully using the system."

• Conduct onboarding and kickoff meetings.

• Gather information about the customer's existing CRM and business processes.

• Create and manage an onboarding checklist for each account.

• Configure company information, users, permissions, workflows, pipelines, and settings.
