We're hiring an experienced
Staff Accountant
to manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities and play a key role in keeping our financials accurate, timely, and organized.

Sage Intacct experience is required.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including
journal entries, accruals, payroll entries, and general ledger
.
- Own
month-end and year-end close
activities.
- Handle AP, cash receipts, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review
financial statements
and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.
- Use
Excel, Sage Intacct, AI, and automation
to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

What You'll Bring
- 3–5+ years




of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Strong experience with
month-end close and financial statement preparation/review
.
- Hands-on experience with AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and GL maintenance.
- Required: Sage Intacct experience.
- NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Advanced
Microsoft Excel
skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
