Role Description
The Supplier Quality Assurance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Querétaro, Mexico. This role is responsible for evaluating and monitoring supplier performance to ensure that materials and components meet Vibracoustic’s quality standards and customer requirements.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting supplier audits, reviewing quality documentation, managing non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with suppliers. The role involves collaborating closely with purchasing, engineering, production, and global quality teams to support launch readiness, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation in the supply base. The Supplier Quality Assurance professional will also prepare reports, analyze quality data, and contribute to the development and implementation of standardized quality processes and policies.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in Supplier Evaluation and supplier performance monitoring.
- Strong background in Quality Assurance and Quality Management within manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Experience in Quality Control activities, including inspection, testing, and validation of incoming materials or components.
- Proficiency in Quality Aud
