The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized,



proactive Client Success Manager to own the client experience after a deal closes.

Once a client signs, you will become one of their main points of contact and help guide them through the publishing process from onboarding through completion.

You’ll coordinate directly with our PR publishing partners, track every article and placement, keep clients updated, resolve issues quickly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is idóneo for someone who takes ownership naturally, communicates proactively, and gets satisfaction from keeping clients happy while making sure every deliverable is completed properly and on time.
