Role purpose:
The HR Director serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders in Mexico, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives. The role is accountable for delivering core HR processes, strengthening organizational capability, and driving a consistent employee experience across the Mexico organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent & Performance Management
Lead and execute end ‑ to ‑ end talent processes to build leadership capability and support business priorities.
- Guide leaders through annual objective ‑ setting aligned with business strategy.
- Ensure high ‑ quality, fair, and consistent performance evaluations.
- Facilitate talent reviews to identify high ‑ potential employees and development actions.
- Provide insights on organizational capability needs and succession planning.
2. Compensation & Rewards
Manage annual compensation cycles and provide ongoing guidance on pay ‑ related matters.
- Partner with leaders during annual salary and bonus review cycles.
- Ensure decisions reflect internal equity, performance outcomes, and global guidelines.
- Provide market insights and compensation recommendations as needed.
3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Support hiring needs and ensure a strong talent pipeline for Mexico.
- Partner with leaders to define role requirements and create requisitions.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure pipeline quality and speed.
