OPTIMAL is looking for a highly reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our growing property management support team.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for tenants and property management teams, providing professional communication and administrative support in both English and Spanish. The adecuado candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable handling multiple priorities, and able to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesTenant & Customer Support
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for tenants through phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Respond to tenant inquiries in English and Spanish with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Address routine tenant concerns and determine the appropriate next steps.
- Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive concerns to the appropriate property management team.
- Maintain a positive and professional tenant experience throughout every interaction.
Property Management Support
- Receive, document, and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding routine property-related concerns.
- Follow up on outstanding tenant and maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate tenant, property, and communication records.
- Assist with property management administrative tasks and recurring account activities.
Administrative & Communication Support
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes and respond to emails within established service-level expectations.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately.
- Maintain organized records and ensure information is accurately docume
