As a Technical Perfumery Reformulation Manager you will be in charge of optimising the resources and the results of the reformulation activities the company is confronted with every year to defend its business.
The role is based in Tlalnepantla on a hybrid working scheme.
Lead and manage reformulation projects across 8,000+ fragrance formulas globally.
Support crisis management efforts by developing proactive solutions to raw material supply disruptions.
Partner with Technical Perfumers to prioritize and execute reformulation projects effectively.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track project status and business impact.
Lead and mentor Reformulation Project Coordinators, ensuring appropriate prioritization and workload management.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve processes, data quality, and system effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery, or a related scientific discipline.
Experience in fragrance development,
reformulation, technical project management, or related functions is a plus.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
Advanced proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and data analysis tools.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of formulation databases, regulatory requirements, and ingredient portfolio management.
Experience leading process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
