Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing the implementation of capital projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation of implemented projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain). The role also involves developing and maintaining procedures for project implementation based on resource availability, as well as evaluating 5-year capital projects in alignment with the company's strategic vision.
What You Will Do
Review and justify capital projects.
Perform Asset Life Cycle Analysis (M&E;).
Prepare and follow up on the approval of capital requisitions.
Perform labor reclassification for capital projects.
Evaluate and justify 5-year capital projects.
Prepare condition reports for machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with Built-In Quality (BIQ) requirements for each project.
Prepare, follow up, and close change letters, including registration and surplus.
Review financial calculations with the OPACC financial manager.
Execute savings initiatives (OIA).
Perform financial analysis of implemented projects.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Administrative Mechanical Engineering or Industrial and Administrative Engineering).
Advanced English proficiency.
