Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Director, General Program Management (Medical experience) located in Aguascalientes Site, Mexico.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Program Management, the Director, Global Program Management role will oversee complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving successful outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives.
What a typical day looks like:




Maintain accountability for assigned programs, ensuring that the content, quality, and accuracy of program deliverables meet our internal and customer's requirements.
Create and manage program schedules and budgets. Monitor key milestones, ensuring adherence to identified timelines and deliverables of key objectives.
Drive the program with strong leadership, taking ownership of all critical aspects to ensure program success. This includes proactively leading the charge, rather than merely reporting status updates.
Manage customer relationships globally and be the single point of escalation for all program management and operational performance issues escalated beyond site management.
Establish and maintain program structure and operating rhythm to ensure systematic and accurate reporting and program execution.
