As an Account Director for the Enterprise Telco segment in Mexico, you will be responsible for developing trusted executive relationships with strategic telecommunications customers, driving sustainable revenue growth, and maximizing long-term account value.
You will act as a strategic advisor to customers, partnering with senior business and technology leaders to understand their priorities, identify transformation and expansion opportunities, and position solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.




This role requires a strong track record in enterprise sales, established relationships within the Mexican telecommunications industry, a consultative selling approach, strong commercial discipline, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams across complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to protect, grow, and diversify assigned Enterprise and Telco accounts in Mexico.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level, executive, and operational stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor to customer organizations.
Generate, develop, and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business and expansion opportunities.
Identify customer business challenges, transformation priorities, and growth opportunities, aligning solutions to measurable business outcomes.
