About the Role
In this role, you'll respond to emails, phone calls, and chats to ensure our members' questions and concerns are handled quickly and efficiently. You'll build customer support expertise while developing relationship-building and communication skills.
What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service to all Landing members.
Record all member interactions with clear,



concise notes in response to each request.
Coordinate member move-ins and move-outs at Landing homes.
Own the resolution of home issues, including diligent follow-up between members, hosts, and properties.
Create and assign the appropriate tickets to ensure proper follow-up and exceptional member experience.
Find solutions to meet member needs and retain long-term relationships.
Communicate and reinforce the value and benefits of Landing's products and services.
Provide expert property knowledge to guide members throughout their Landing journey.
What You'll Need
English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable schedule: availability between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, 5 working days with 2 days off per week.
1+ year of proven customer service experience.
