About the Role
Carrier is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Supervisor, Project Management to lead strategic cost optimization initiatives across our Commercial Refrigeration business. This role will drive cross-functional projects focused on reducing product and operational costs while improving efficiency, productivity,



and business performance.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to identify, prioritize, and execute cost-saving opportunities. This position offers high visibility within the organization and the opportunity to make a significant impact on business results through the leadership of multiple strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Supervisor, Project Management, you'll be responsible for:
Leading multiple cost reduction and productivity projects across manufacturing operations and supply chain functions.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 20-30 projects simultaneously across multiple facilities.
Identifying opportunities to optimize product cost, operational expenses, and overall value streams.
