Job Summary:
Leads Lean Six Sigma improvement projects to solve complex manufacturing problems through DMAIC methodology, data analysis, and process improvement. Provides leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams, ensures alignment with organizational objectives, and builds organizational capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities:
Continuously monitors key performance indicators and leverages data analytics to inform project direction.
Leads, motivates, and develops team members,



promoting a collaborative environment and supporting professional development.
Manages financial results and communicates progress on objectives; prepares forecasts for future initiatives based on quantifiable enhancements.
Delivers training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma principles and identifies high-impact projects for execution.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Expert in manufacturing and/or continuous improvement.
Intermediate - Advanced English
