What you will be doing:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries (via email or phone)
Provide support on call-backs to get more details about customer inquiries.
Direct customers to the appropriate department or team for further assistance when necessary.
Monitor customer feedback and escalate unresolved concerns to team leaders.
Help maintain and update customer databases.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Requirements:
Being enrolled and pursuing a BS in Finance, Accounting or Administration.
