Where You’ll Make a Difference
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization, and operational performance
Develop engineering solutions that optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and resource utilization across the plant




Manage projects aimed at improving plant performance through time and motion studies, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
Analyze process data, identify improvement opportunities, and present recommendations supported by measurable results
Coordinate and support Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects from planning through execution and implementation
Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct benchmarking activities and evaluate best practices, technologies, and engineering tools to support continuous improvement
Support the development, qualification, and performance monitoring of external manufacturing partners and tolling operations
Monitor project progress, communicate results to stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of improvement initiatives
