At Genesys, the Account Executive – Commercial is responsible for driving new business growth across the Commercial segment, with a specific focus on customers in Healthcare, Retail, E-commerce, Energy, and Utilities.
This is a highly hunter-oriented sales role for someone who knows how to open new accounts, develop whitespace opportunities, build pipeline from the ground up, and convert customer business challenges into strategic technology conversations.
The idóneo candidate brings demonstrated experience selling B2B technology,



SaaS, Cloud, CX, Contact Center, AI, CRM, or Enterprise Software solutions into one or more of the following industries: Healthcare, Retail & E-commerce, or Energy & Utilities.
Relevant industry experience is a core requirement for the role, as the Account Executive will be expected to understand the business dynamics, customer priorities, operational challenges, buying centers, and transformation initiatives within these sectors.
The Account Executive owns the commercial strategy across their territory and orchestrates Solution Consultants, Business Development Representatives, Partners, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and other specialists to create, advance, and close strategic customer opportunities.
