What You’ll Do
Define and evolve the architecture vision and technical roadmap for the platform.
Design scalable, secure, highly available enterprise SaaS solutions.
Build working prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that development teams can use as technical foundations.
Work hands-on with engineering teams on architecture, system design, integrations, and complex technical challenges.
Partner with Product Management to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with executive leadership on technology strategy and long-term platform evolution.
Lead the architecture and integration of major new platform capabilities.
Drive legacy modernization initiatives while ensuring business continuity.
Define architectural standards, engineering principles, and development best practices.
Mentor and coach architects and senior software engineers.
Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability to the PrismHR ecosystem.
Promote modern DevOps, cloud, automation, observability, and software delivery practices.
Requisitos
Must-Have Requirements
Candidates should meet the following core requirements:
Software Architecture & Engineering
10+ years of professional software development experience, preferably within enterprise web applications or SaaS platforms.
Strong hands-on software engineering background.
Proven experience designing complex enterprise systems and web-based SaaS platforms.
Experience defining architecture, technical standards, and technology roadmaps.
Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with and leading engineering teams in Agile environments.
Legacy / MultiValue Technologies
Professional experience working with MultiValue database technologies, ideally:
UniData
UniVerse
Rocket U2
or comparable MultiValue platforms.
Candidates with strong experience modernizing comparable legacy enterprise platforms may also be considered, but direct MultiValue experie
