Responsibilities:
- Create engaging UGC-style video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital channels.
- Follow provided scripts and confidently bring different characters, scenarios, and concepts to life on camera.
- Develop and adapt scripts when needed to make content feel natural, engaging, and appropriate for the platform.
- Produce creative content beyond standard talking-head videos, using different locations, characters, props, camera angles, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
- Use strong visual,



verbal, and viral hooks to capture viewers' attention within the first few seconds.
- Research social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging UGC styles and apply relevant ideas to new content.
- Record high-quality video and audio using appropriate camera, lighting, and microphone equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective UGC concepts.
- Record multiple variations of content, hooks, scripts, and calls to action for testing.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to content when required.
- Maintain consistent quality and meet agreed content deadlines.
