Salary: $1200 to $1800 USD/month based on experience + profit sharing bonuses based on performance.
TopFoxx is a women-owned NYC eyewear brand, growing fast, building luxury sunglasses that solve real problems: floating sunnies, tangle-free aviators, foldable pocket frames, and mood-boosting lenses. We are a small team and a small business, not corporate at all, and it is a fun brand to be part of. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help make TikTok Shop a major growth engine for TopFoxx while supporting broader marketing, creative, influencer, and conversion initiatives.
This is not a traditional marketing manager role. You do not need prior TikTok Shop experience. You need to be a strong marketer who understands short-form content and learns platforms quickly. You should be able to receive a problem like: "TikTok Shop isn't performing the way it should. and independently investigate the data,



identify the problems, develop a strategy, start implementing solutions, monitor the results, and continue improving .
You will work across TikTok Shop, creators, influencer marketing, creative strategy, paid media, website conversion, and e-commerce marketing. Grow TikTok Shop revenue and conversion while using creators, content, creative strategy, and broader marketing opportunities to drive measurable e-commerce growth.
We get about 2,000 affiliate videos a month from roughly 650 creators, and only 1 to 2% of them drive any sales. Volume plus quality takes it about seven times where it is today.
And it has to be profitable. Every TikTok Shop sale carries a referral fee, affiliate commission, ad spend, discounts and shipping on top of product cost, so a campaign that looks like it is winning on reported ROI can still be losing us money. 1) TikTok Shop Growth (Primary Focus)
