At ACSI, we have supported U.S. businesses through bilingual contact center solutions for over 20 years. We are currently looking for bilingual talent to join our medical campaign team.

Main Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm _medical appointments_
- Provide follow-up assistance to patients
- Update customer information in the system
- Deliver quality customer service over the phone

- $16,000 MXN net monthly salary / Weekly payments ($4,000 MXN)

Operations schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 7pm

Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency; assessment required
- Customer service experience
