FAE / Test Engineer

Are you passionate about server validation, hardware troubleshooting, and failure analysis? Wiwynn Mexico is looking for a FAE / Test Engineer to join our Engineering team and help deliver world-class server solutions.
Key Responsibilities
~Perform functional testing and manufacturing validation for server platforms.
~Analyze and troubleshoot hardware failures.
~Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve product issues.
~Review system logs, perform Escritura analysis, and execute debugging activities.
~Provide technical support during manufacturing and validation processes.
~Validate server hardware, component integrity, and overall system functionality.
~Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality and reliability.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science,



or a related Engineering field.
? Experience in Server Test Engineering or Field Application Engineering (FAE) .
? Hands-on experience with functional testing and manufacturing validation.
? Strong knowledge of hardware failure analysis, debugging, and Escritura analysis.
? Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .
? Proficiency with Linux CLI , log analysis, and system diagnostics.
? Familiarity with server architecture, infrastructure, and hardware validation.
? English proficiency of 70% or higher (intermediate to advanced).
