- Application Support & Operations
- Provide L2/L3 support for LabVantage LIMS across integral sites (24x5 / follow-the-sun model as required)
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA timelines
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive actions
- Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity
- Development & Enhancements
- Design, develop, and implement LIMS configurations, workflows, and customizations
- Support new feature development aligned with Quality and R&D; requirements




- Create and maintain scripts, interfaces, and integrations (instruments, ERP, MES, external systems)
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment support
- System Integration
- Integrate LIMS with:
- Laboratory instruments
- ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- MES / Manufacturing systems
- Data platforms and reporting tools
- Support data migration, interface troubleshooting and API integrations
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure system compliance with standards such as:
- GxP, GMP, GLP
- 21 CFR Part 11
- ISO standards (e.g., ISO 17025)
- Maintain audit trails, validation documentation, and change control processes
- Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Release & Change Management
- Manage release cycles, patching, and upgrades
- Participate in change advisory boards (CAB)
- Maintain version control and deployment pipelines
- Stakeholder Collaboration
