Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can combine strong technical understanding with excellent sales and communication skills. The role focuses on outreaching potential customers, understanding their technical needs, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions:
- Work closely with teams to ensure accurate solutions
- Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals efficiently:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Gather market feedback and share insights with the management team
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs





Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, B2B sales, or technical sales:
- Understanding of industrial/manufacturing solutions (preferred):
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills:
- Comfortable with outbound sales, outreach, and customer follow-ups:
- Earnings are based on sales comission and the sky is the limit
