- Ensure compliance with the production schedule and manufacturing timelines
- Validate adherence to production and unloading flows during the shift
- Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing and unloading times, identifying downtime and root causes
- Manage problem-solving for issues arising during the shift
- Review and communicate work strategies with the production team before shift start
- Lead and supervise production team activities to ensure safety and efficiency
- Monitor equipment usage and optimize resources
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
