- The Production Assistant Manager is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations at Spark Plant to ensure safe, on-time, and defect-free delivery of parts to Daimler Truck production plants.



This position supports operational excellence by driving production performance, strengthening leadership coverage across all shifts, developing high-performance teams, and promoting continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and IMS/ERP systems utilization. The role also ensures alignment with SQDCM targets while fostering accountability, teamwork, and customer-focused execution5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in automotive or heavy industry.
