- The role:
As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will help drive our goals by:
- Act as the trusted business partner to the sales team in the American Region, developing a deep understanding of the business and sales operation.
- Partnering with sales teams to provide financial insight, challenge and support decision-making across customer accounts
- Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities for the commercial function
- Analysing performance trends and translating data into actionable insights to improve profitability and cash delivery
- Supporting the development and evaluation of business cases,



commercial proposals and pricing decisions
- Driving collaboration between finance, sales and operations to ensure alignment on performance and targets
- Embedding strong financial controls and ensuring compliance across commercial activities
- Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Experience in a finance business partnering role within a complex or general organisation
- Strong financial analysis, modelling and commercial acumen
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
