- Position Overview:
The Training and Content Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing self-learning strategies and managing content across the GBS organization. This position focuses on creating and managing self-directed learning programs and knowledge assets that empower employees to enhance their skills and knowledge independently, aligning with the organization’s general business needs.
- Responsibilities/Duties:
Develop Self-Learning Programs: Design and implement effective self-learning strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with GBS organizational goals.
Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant self-learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content. Oversee the organization and accessibility of knowledge assets.
Platform Management: Collaborate with the administration of the learning management system (LMS)
and the different document repositories and data management systems to ensure seamless access to self-learning resources and content.
Program Delivery: Facilitate the rollout of self-learning initiatives, ensuring high engagement and accessibility.
Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of self-learning programs through metrics and feedback, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
Collaboration: Work closely with GBS training managers and other functional leaders to identify self-learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement within the GBS organization.
